As a Customer Care Specialist, you’ll be the voice of Virtuo to provide the « wow » experience that customers are waiting for.
You will be in contact with different customer profiles and you will have a centric role. On a daily basis, you will be supporting Virtuo’s customers on the phone or by chat.
