The position

Job description

The opportunity

Within the Growth team, under the direction of the CRM & Growth Manager, and in collaboration with the local team, you will be responsible for implementing the animation plan for our B2C clients, with the aim of conversion and loyalty, and in compliance with the allocated schedules.

🎯 Your missions:

1 - Creating CRM campaigns

  • Collection of needs within the different teams
  • Briefing and monitoring of the email creation process
  • Creation of responsive design campaigns in HTML
  • Validation and routing of campaigns (e-mailings, push notification, In-App) from Leanplum

2 - Participation in new CRM projects:

  • Automating recurring campaigns
  • Redesign of templates and campaign planning
  • Implementation of A/B tests (creatives, objects, targeting, etc.)
  • Creation of new triggers (customer journey, scenario)

3 - Report of campaigns:

  • Weekly reports (e-mail KPIs)
  • Recommendations to improve campaign performance to all stakeholders

Preferred experience

  • You know how HMTL for email works
  • You always meet with deadlines while handling several project
  • You’re eager to collaborate with a multicultural team and also manage topic on your own
  • You speak English fluently and know a second language (French, German, Italian or Spanish)
  • You have already used a CRM tool (ex: Leanplum, Mailchimp, Sendinblue, Emarsys,…)
  • You had first internship/apprenticeship in CRM/Webmarketing
