Detailed Job Description
- Analyze project requirements and develop construction methodologies for tenders.
- Assistance to commercial team in preparation of offers for special construction methods projects (definition of required construction equipment, preparation of programs, number of required staff and workers, RFQs, etc.)
- Provide technical input and innovative solutions to optimize costs and execution time.
- Prepare method statements, construction sequences, and technical proposals.
- Coordinate with design, planning, and estimation teams to ensure alignment of methodologies with project deliverables.
- Develop detailed method statements, work procedures, and risk assessments.
- Optimize construction techniques for efficiency, safety, and sustainability.
Provide on-site technical support and guidance to execution teams. - Liaise with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth implementation of methodologies.
- Conduct feasibility studies and suggest improvements for construction methods.
- Identify risks associated with construction methods and propose mitigation strategies.
- Conduct site inspections to verify adherence to approved methodologies.
- Work on process improvements to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.
- Document lessons learned and contributed to knowledge-sharing within the organization.
