With project values ranging from $10M - $50M, this is a unique opportunity to contribute to the longevity and resilience of critical infrastructure.

We are looking for a proactive leader with strong technical expertise, proven project management skills, and the ability to drive efficiency while ensuring safety, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Preferred experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and execution of major remedial projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Manage project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain quality, safety, and compliance.
  • Develop and implement construction methodologies tailored to remedial works, ensuring efficiency and risk mitigation.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and ensure project objectives are met.
  • Oversee cost control, forecasting, and contract management, ensuring financial targets are achieved.
  • Solve technical challenges, working closely with engineers and site teams to maintain project momentum.
  • Promote a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement.

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Construction Manager or Senior Project Manager in remedial, civil, or structural engineering projects.
  • Strong understanding of remedial construction techniques, including facade refurbishments, concrete repair, bridge strengthening, and steel remediation.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage multiple stakeholders, and deliver projects in high-risk environments.
  • Expertise in budget management, contracts administration, and project scheduling.
  • Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and quality assurance.
  • Tertiary qualification in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field (preferred).
