You will become a key contact for our business units around the world!
Your key missions will be structured around digital marketing and promotional marketing:
Promotional marketing:
- You will contribute to create, update and upgrade marketing materials such as brochures, commercial presentations, datasheets, reference lists and reference sheets.
- You will be in charge of:
o regularly updating the international exhibitions and conferences watch list
o collecting materials prepared for the events such as technical papers, poster and presentations collection and exhibition of technical papers and posters prepared in the framework of such events
- And you will be a key contributor in the creation of campaigns for the promotion of our offer through various channels.
Digital marketing:
You will manage the update of the Business Units’ (BUs) websites, to be regularly updated to match the corporate promotional marketing messages;
Digital media library management:
- With the support of the Communication department, you will develop and maintain Geoquest digital media library (photos, videos, press releases, reference sheets, etc.), and provide assistance to Geoquest Business Units looking for references when submitting their offers to clients.
These missions are not exhaustive, you will also for example manage once a year prepare a summary and analyze data related to the activity in the BUs around the world.
Profile:
- BSc or MSc in Marketing/Business or in Engineering
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience is required
Experience/Skills
- Mastering of Adobe InDesign software
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 environment (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, Sharepoint, PowerBI)
- Excellent written and graphic communication skills
- Curiosity and enthusiasm
- Exposure to the construction industry is a plus
- English being our primary work language, or bilingual in English is a must.
- French and/or Spanish: optional but highly appreciated.
