We are looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial and hands-on Product Marketing Manager that will unlock the company’s growth potential by strengthening our acquisition funnels, implementing scalable processes as well as appealing company branding, and accelerate our commercial growth globally.
Our Product Marketing Manager will be the true pilot in the sales enablement and Go-To Market of our product, ensuring that our value proposition meets customer demands. he/she will stand at the intersection of business, technology and the market insights to work on the success of the Vianova product.
Understand the market + our main personas (motivations, expectations, drivers for action) to assess business opportunities
Define market characteristics : trends, drivers, regulation, business opportunities, new markets
Benchmark and conduct competitive landscape analysis to enable better product positioning
Build buyer personas profiles and make them be understood : top challenges, motivators, validators, purchase inhibitors, media/comm preferences
Collaborate with the Product Team during customer interviews/surveys and discovery phase to define the product
Shape our Product Positioning and Messaging
Craft positioning statements, product vision, value proposition per customer profile, promises, market differentiation, recommendation on business model,
Challenge and feed the roadmap with market insights
Create and own product content for the internal team (website, marketing support, communication, sales tools, demos, data sheets, blog posts)
Roll out go to market and sales enablement
Evangelise the product externally and internally
Onboard and coordinate internal team (marketing, sales, customer success, product) on the launch strategy of new features and products
Roll out Go to market / go to consumer operations
Monitor launch metrics (success) with sales and contribute to improve this metrics

About you:
We are looking for someone with:
Master’s degree or equivalent from a leading university or business school
Native English speaker with strong story telling capabilities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal + written), bringing ability to quickly build trust and respect with internal and external stakeholders
4+ years experience in Product Marketing within the software/tech industry, with good knowledge and understanding of analytical tools, ability to convey a compelling story about tech products and technical content writing skills, etc.
Good understanding of product development and user experience
