We are now looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial and hands-on Market Development Associate to assist in our business activities with cities and mobility operators, and with a particular focus on Northern and Eastern Europe (Nordics, UK, Ireland, Baltics etc.). Your role will be supporting the development and execution of go-to-market strategies across the booming mobility ecosystem, promoting the Vianova data platform to help cities and private companies build more efficient and sustainable transportation systems.

🎯 Your missions :

• Assist the COO in the execution of the company’s marketing strategy (website, creation and publication of content, participation in events, etc.).
• Work with the Head of Market Development for Northern and Eastern Europe on various sales and marketing projects as part of the strategy for the region
• Conduct market research and mapping of potential clients and partners across the regions
• Work on identifying relevant contacts within target clients and partners
• Assist with creation of sales and marketing materials
• Support with account management and customers success including producing weekly reports in Tableau
• Provide support on reporting of sales, new leads and overall financial performance
• Ad-hoc tasks

We are looking for someone with:

• Currently studying or recently graduated from a Master’s degree or equivalent from a leading university or business school
• Fluency in English
• Native level of at least one Northern or Eeastern European language
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal + written), ability to interact with people across different cultures, industries, seniority and departments
• Previous internship experience from consulting, research, enterprise sales or start-up and working in a team-oriented role with high level of collaboration
• Appetence for professional social networks (LinkedIn, Twitter, Medium)
• Sound business judgment – can understand business models, opportunities and requirements quickly
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and enjoys autonomy and responsibility
• Maker spirit and grit: we are looking for someone passionate, entrepreneurial and go-getter, with a strong work ethic as well as a genuine interest in the company’s mission
• It’s a bonus if you have previous experience and/or passion for transportation, mobility and sustainability
