You will join the Hubgrade team which is a digital offering offered to our customers (on an international scope) around 3 main innovation services supported by all of our tools: Hubgrade Essential (connection of installations, on-site storage of data and visualization ), Hubgrade Performance (performance analysis and installation management assistance), Hubgrade Assist (user support).

You and your missions:

• Define the vision and strategic positioning of VWT's digital products by collaborating with the Product Owners of the different products;

• Identify and understand the needs of customers and internal and external users;

• Be informed of technological developments in the Company and in the market through competitive intelligence;

• Promote innovative solutions with high added value;

• Supervise and lead the product development team;

• Coordinate the various stakeholders participating in product development;

• Develop human resources in line with business needs.

This position is to be filled on a permanent, full-time basis in executive status on a fixed-day basis (212 days worked).

• You have 25 days of paid leave, 14 days of RTT and 3 days offered by the company. The position is attached to the metallurgy collective agreement for engineers and managers.
• For your lunches, you have access to the company restaurant and restaurant vouchers will be given to you on home working days.
