The position

Job description

Are you a great communicator with capacity for international networking? Are you a skilled marketeer with a creative mindset and great project management skills ? Then we might be looking for you !

Your challenges

As part of a dedicated VELUX team you will be developing and implementing marketing activities for the Region Southwest Europe. You will be working developing scalable communication tools for offline and online touchpoints at VELUX professional partner network.

You will ensure relevancy for our category and brand for installers/dealers and network with roofing companies and potential partners.

Your primary tasks will be to:

· Understand the VELUX installers segment across the region

· Define activities that support the segment growth and loyalty

· Develop and implement campaigns that promote relevancy and awareness

· Develop copy and visuals for marketing content and tools

· Promote our products and services that makes installers ambassadors of our category and brand.

· Gather installer feedback to inform sales and product management.

· Track ROI for marketing campaigns.

You will be based at Morangis, France and be a part of a global organisation. You can expect to travel approximately 30 days annually – both nationally and internationally.


Preferred experience

With your creative mindset and great project management skills, you enjoy exploring new possibilities and working with a variety of stakeholders. You are a great communicator with high verbal and written skills. Your expertise lies in engaging with international contexts, keenly aware of how to respect local practices while considering the broader global framework.

With your great interest in marketing, creative processes and the planning of content is exiting to you.

Moreover, we expect that you:

· Have a BSc in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or relevant field.

· Have min. 5 years of work experience as a Marketing Communication Specialist or similar role.

· Advanced stakeholder management skills

· Experience in working internationally

· Speak and write English fluently.
