Your role at Veesion will be to help us recruit and manage talent for our teams, which are expanding rapidly thanks to our hyper-growth!
The aim is to double Veesion’s workforce with a diverse range of profiles: Sales, Developers, Support, Admin, to name but a few.
As a headhunter, you’ll be looking for real talent to make a real impact on Veesion’s efficiency.
Your role at Veesion isn’t limited to recruitment, because as we grow, we need to structure our processes and methods.
Your tasks:
Gathering recruitment requirements from managers: taking briefs.
Drafting job offers
Putting advertisements online on our job boards.
Processing feedback following an in-depth reading of CVs.
Sourcing on LinkedIn.
Qualifying candidates by videoconference (approximately 20 to 45 minutes).
Drafting reports and following up candidates.
Feeding and developing the recruitment database, and managing a talent pool.
Participating in HR projects.
You’re dynamic and have excellent interpersonal skills.
You’re empathetic, you’re a good listener, you’re comfortable working with a team and you know how to set the right mood!
You’re known for your writing skills.
You’re independent and resourceful. You’re not afraid to take the initiative.
You’re organised and serious.
You’re a real salesman at heart.
Finally, you’re comfortable communicating in French and English (minimum level C1-C2 required).
