Veesion is experiencing rapid growth following its successful Series B funding round. This expansion phase requires strengthening our technical foundation and scaling our development capabilities to meet increasing market demands.

Missions

As a CSM Partner Apprentice, you will play a key role in ensuring our partners and their customers’ satisfaction and long-term retention. Your tasks will include:

  • Onboarding and training partners to ensure they master our products and tools, helping them become self-sufficient in using our solutions.

  • Conducting video calls with partners to discuss their clients’ situations, analyze results, and ensure that we meet their requirements.

  • Accompanying partners throughout their customers’ journey, providing support and guidance to ensure a seamless experience.

  • Identifying upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities by proactively engaging with partners and understanding their customers’ evolving needs.

  • Analyzing client dashboards to better understand both partners’ and end customers’ needs, and optimizing their experience with our product.

  • Helping organize and distribute tasks within the team to ensure smooth workflow.

  • Creating educational and process documentation for partners, ensuring they can self-serve where possible and improve their overall efficiency.

  • Working closely with the technical teams (developers and technicians) to facilitate communication and collaboration, ensuring a seamless integration of our solutions.

Your goal is to maximize satisfaction and retention by strengthening partner relationships, ensuring they understand and leverage our products effectively, and anticipating challenges across the partner and customer journeys.


Preferred experience

  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.

  • You are skilled at negotiation and can identify and maximize opportunities, such as upsell, cross-sell, and renewals, to drive business growth.

  • You have experience or are comfortable with handling customer churn, and know how to prevent it by addressing potential issues proactively.

  • You are comfortable conducting business reviews with partners, confidently discussing their performance and providing actionable insights to help them improve.

  • You are at ease on the phone and in video calls, with excellent communication skills to build rapport and maintain strong relationships with partners and their clients.

  • You work well independently, are proactive, and have excellent interpersonal skills.

  • You possess strong critical thinking skills and enjoy solving problems creatively.

  • You have a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced, challenging environment, and you are naturally curious.

Recruitment process

  • First Interview: A conversation with our Talent Acquisition team to learn about the company, answer your questions, and get to know you better.

  • Second Interview: An interview with the CSM Partnership Managers, focusing on the specifics of the role and more technical questions related to customer success.

  • Final Interview: A final discussion with our Team Manager to assess cultural fit, held in-person at our Paris office.
