Reporting to a Business Development Manager and will participate in the development of your commercial activity on the French market. You will be responsible for marketing our services and products to an existing portfolio of customers of all sizes and Industries.
This position is based in Paris or Toulouse.
Our consultancy approach will enable you to quickly convert our incoming leads into successful clients. This means that you will use all your secret techniques to convince new clients to work with Valiantys to implement their Atlassian projects. Once your customers have been inspired by your pitch, you will work with our licensing and administration teams to develop proposals for managing your customers' Atlassian licenses. You will remain the central point of contact for your customers and maintain a relationship of trust.
When meeting with prospects, you will listen carefully to their needs and participate in product demonstrations, ultimately developing deployment plans based on customer needs and managing your pipeline of proposals.
You will receive excellent support from the Delivery and Marketing teams, with whom you will work closely. You will also participate in various events such as customer workshops, Valianty promotional events, IT fairs, etc.
We all know that business developers are men and women of action. That's why you will take care of your tools by keeping a clean and well-informed CRM
Things you'll be working on :
- Develop your dedicated client portfolio by implementing the action plan defined with your Team Leader
- Lead all aspects of the sale: develop, negotiate and close...let's not forget to grow!
- Manage the customer relationship through to the back office (Salesforce)
- Build a relationship of trust with decision-makers and understand the business issues.
- Create and update sales forecasts
- Work in collaboration with Professional Services
What you need to be successful
You graduated a 4/5 year degree in Business management.
In order to feel like a fish in the water, you must have at least 2 years experience in selling IT solutions (softwares, professional, managed services...).
You MUST speak English. Your commercial and customer relations skills are recognised.
The Jedi skills we expect from you ... Firstly, you like to meet new people, you are trustworthy and autonomous, you listen actively with natural empathy and your tenacity is matched by your persuasiveness!
Finally, you have a keen interest in the latest IT trends and knowledge of Atlassian products, ALM or ITSM tools would be ideal, but not essential.
