Your mission if you accept it

We are looking for a new Professional Services Manager to lead our team of expert Atlassian consultants in Toulouse or Paris. Acting as a technical "guru" for our team, you will be responsible for the delivery of all our client projects, managing our multidisciplinary team of talented technical experts.

Your main mission will be to manage a portfolio of client projects by running follow-up meetings, tracking production and signing-off on deliverable.

You will need to:

- Define delivery plans with the other Professional Services Managers and monitor the progress

- Interface with both the customers and the project teams

- Optimize the delivery team's schedules

- Ensure career development of the team

- Work with the Talent Acquisition Manager to hire new team members

- Identify processes and tools to be improved

- Work closely with other Professional Services Managers, with the Sales & Pre-sales Team and with the Finance & Admin Team.

- Report to Head of Professional Services on defined KPI's

Do you have what it takes to be a Professional Services Manager ?

You have a 5 years degree in Computer Sciences and at least 4 years of experience in Project Management or Technical consultancy projects delivery management.

You must be fluent in English (C1 level). You worked a minimum of 3 years as a consultant or technical expert and you know everything about Software Lifecycle Management (Agile), Devops and ITSM (ITIL). You know how to translate business needs into technical jargon but your key skill will be your ability to transmit your knowledge.

If you have an expertise in Atlassian tools & addons, it would be much appreciated.
