In Madrid, we have 4 coliving spaces and over 200 people who make up our vibrant community. Our goal is to continuously improve their experience, to make it more fulfilling and enjoyable.
This is why we on the lookout for a capable community and events manager to help us keep things running smoothly. This person will be responsible for organizing events and activities that bring our residents together, as well as ensuring that everyone feels supported and valued. If you are passionate about building strong communities and have experience in event management, we would love to hear from you.

As a community and event manager you will have two main functions:

A/ As community manager :

  • Organise community activities (eg. community meals) and implement community processes
  • Initiate, support and nurture community-led events
  • Own all community-related communications to residents

B/ As event manager

  • Create event calendar
  • Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives
  • Come up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success
  • Prepare budgets
  • Create and maintain relationships with partners that can support the community with content, events, etc.
  • Coordinate all operations
  • Analyze events success and reporting

What you get as a community and event manager in our team:

  • Part time: 25h a week - 15-19h and 5h flexible hours split between one evening a week and one Saturday evening a month. Possibility to obtain a long term contract once temporary contract is done.
  • Entry date: 3 May 2023
  • Duration: 10 month
  • You will use top-notch tools like Hubspot, Trello, Slack and Notion in your day-to-day tasks
  • You will work from our coworking or coliving spaces in the center of Madrid - free coffee and bi-weekly breakfasts included!
  • You will be working with a young, entrepreneurial team

Preferred experience

  • Proven experience as event manager
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Proven experience in customer-service roles
  • Skilled in project management
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • A knack for problem-solving
