The coliving operations manager is responsible for kickstarting and running operations in a new market.

This is a position for an entrepreneurial mind, with strong project management skills, capable of coordinating a wide variety of tasks and prioritizing his or her work on a daily basis.

It is an autonomous position, but not a solitary one: you work with different HQ teams.

Your mission

As first hire of our French Operations team, you are at the heart of the company’s experience, and will be responsible for the successful opening and management of our new residences (2 this year in France in Lille and Paris).

• Acquisition & sales: generate and convert leads, setup marketing channels and manage listings, market analysis
• Operations: welcome new tenants, solve their problems, identify and manage external providers for property management and tenant services
• Responsible for tenant satisfaction in your residences
• Create events & networking to facilitate and create links between residents
• Prepare forecasts and financial reports for coliving residences
• Build the local team as operations grow: recruit, train and manage
• Work with the real estate business development team on projects of future residences
• Analyze and respect local legislations
