As a Growth Manager you will drive focus on performance, efficiency and impact across several marketing activities, including Growth/Performance and Affiliate Marketing.

This is an exciting role as you will work with our US leads on targets and planning and will have a direct impact on our business ensuring that local marketing activities are measured and contribute to business targets.

You’ll need to feel at home in a fast growing environment and be passionate about driving the usage of data & analytics to understand the customer's lifecycle needs in order to identify and develop marketing performance strategies to increase customer value and satisfaction.

• Strong academic background.
• 3-5+ years of experience in Marketing, Product, or Consulting.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to assess the performance of our marketing channels and provide capital allocation recommendations.
• Autonomy and ability to operate in high pace environments.
• You have high standards for everything you do, and dig into the details to assure that your output consistently meets a high bar.
• You are a team player and like to work with people who are very different from you: Operations, Tech,...
• Fluency in English. Other languages are a plus.
