Job description

The Mission

You will help new and existing Users make the most of Upflow and provide them with fantastic service.

You will also be our customers’ voice and provide valuable feedback to our Product and Sales teams.

Your role

You will report to the Customer Success Manager and interact daily with the operation team.

Onboarding: guide our new users through the onboarding journey

  • Be the first point of contact when new users onboard
  • Help users understand and set up the platform

Support: manage to solve concrete customer issues

  • Help users on their day to day usage of the platform
  • Scale support (example: provide meaningful product feedback, write FAQ articles)

Managing data: hand by hand with the operations team

  • Import and update various databases
  • Troubleshoot data issues on the user’s platform

Preferred experience

Who we’re looking for 🕵

Must-have

  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English. You will exchange with different people across the world all the time.

  • You’re curious and eager to learn about B2B finance, a fast moving environment.

  • You’re willing to work hand in hand with a small but ambitious team building a best-in-class product.

  • You love talking to people and excel at building trusted relationships with them. 👨‍👩‍👦

  • You are a problem solver and rigorous. You know that the devil is in the details

  • You’re proficient in Excel/Gsheet (index/match, vlookups, countifs, etc.)

Would be a plus:

  • Basic SQL, or willing to learn
  • Comfortable with simple automation (zaps, integromat)
