Job description

The Mission

As Brand and PR Manager your role is to build and grow awareness of Upflow’s brand. You will construct and tell Upflow’s story.

The role sits in the marketing team and will collaborate consistently with our Senior Content Marketer.

The role is comprised of several objectives:

  • Own brand strategy including style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision, and value proposition for the short as well as the long term.
  • Planning and execution of communications and media actions across online, offline, and social media channels to grow awareness and consideration of Upflow.
  • Keeping up to date with market developments and competitor strategies.
  • Supporting the other teams during their initiatives that are public-facing, ensuring their actions are in line with the brand strategy and have maximum exposure possible.

Preferred experience

Your experience & skills
To be a good fit for this role you need to be a creative thinker adept at influencing and persuading key stakeholders.

  • 3+ years of experience in brand or PR roles
  • Past success constructing and spreading a brand
  • Excellent English communication skills, written and oral
  • Track record of placing articles in known media
  • Experience building and maintaining high-value relationships with media
  • Highly collaborative team player who can work independently with minimal supervision
  • (Plus) Experience in Financial, SaaS or B2B space
