The position

Job description

What you will do:

  • Deliver the recruitment and talent development activities, including adapting our existing in-house training content so its relevant to our Paris office.
  • Undergo a full HR audit; reviewing current policies, procedures, documentation and systems, and highlighting areas that need improvement or updating to remain compliant with the most recent rules and regulations.
  • Build strong relationships with the business and advise, guide and assist line management on employee relations issues, ensuring guidance is best practice, consistent across departments and commercially focused.
  • Ensure the smooth running of our newly established CSE work council and that all ‘professional interviews’ are completed by the end of Q1.
  • Work to deliver all aspects of the HR Roadmap in Q1 including, but not limited to; salary review, bonus processes and supporting management with employee engagement action planning.
  • Undergo a full review of our reward structure in conjunction with our global reward team.

Preferred experience

Your experience :

  • Native/professional level French and English language skills.
  • Experience working with senior management in the delivery of an excellent HR service.
  • You must be able to guide and drive the business in all HR aspects, ultimately being a champion for HR process and policies in our Paris office.
  • Comfortable working autonomously but equally happy asking for support when required.
  • Good knowledge of French employment law and translating this to HR policies and practice.
  • You should be happy working on ground level HR work but also able to step up to a more strategic level when required.
  • Experience with using, mastering and sharing best practice for HR Systems.
