🚩 What will your day-to-day look like?

You will be responsible for:

General Project Management and Governance

  • Key support to the Program Director in day-to-day project management.

  • Lead and maintain the project planning, collaborating with Stream Leaders and IT teams to manage resource allocation and secure on-time delivery.

  • Drive consistency across Streams (methodology, focus, end-to-end perspective); coach and support Stream Leaders.

  • Ensure visibility and proactive follow-up on open points from Southern Europe Hypercare.

  • Integrate planning between the pilot (Southern Europe) and the second wave (Northern Europe & UK) to capitalize on lessons learned.

  • Manage project risks (log, monitor, mitigate, escalate).

  • Monitor budget and forecasts (in collaboration with Corporate Controlling).

  • Maintain and monitor backlog (JIRA follow-up, action tracking).

  • Follow up on RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows) delivery progress.

  • Ensure transparent reporting on delivery backlogs, escalating when needed.

  • Govern and ensure quality control of project documentation and archives.

Change Management

  • Define and execute the communication plan to stakeholders.

  • Coordinate end-user training plans and refresh training materials; gather feedback and implement improvements.

  • Oversee the creation and refresh of end-user business process guides.

  • Prepare for go-live: ensure first-time processes are validated by the business.

  • Design and govern the Hypercare model together with Stream Leaders and IT.

  • Maintain governance on transversal topics:

    • Roles and authorizations (user access matrices, role adjustments for rollout 2).

    • Data migration (audit trails, sign-offs for rules).

    • UAT (User Acceptance Testing) follow-up and reporting.

    • Cutover plan definition and execution.

    • Master Data Governance.

🚩 Why join us?

You will:

  • Be at the heart of a major digital transformation program in an international CAC 40 group.

  • Work directly with senior leaders (Fabrice M., Sylvain M.) and report to Samuel R., Program Director based in Stockholm.

  • Operate in an empowering and direct work culture led by a French manager with 25 years’ experience in Sweden.

🚩 How to succeed in this role?

You are:

  • Agile, hands-on, structured, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Capable of identifying priorities and securing critical project milestones.

  • Fluent in English (mandatory); French is a plus.
