About The Role

Uber for business builds products to make Uber the default choice for business transportation and Uber Eats for their meals needs at the employee, company, and customer level.

This includes everything from our business platform that allows companies to easily adopt Uber for their business travel needs, to features like Business Profiles which make business travel more seamless for our millions of riders, and Uber Eats for business that enables businesses to provide food for their employees and customers.

What You’ll Do

• Help the team with presentations and pitches to present to clients.
• Retrieve data to help account executives gain better understanding of each company’s potential for Uber for Business.
• Use SQL to analyze company, rider and eater data in order to gain better insights and understanding into company utilization.
• Assist our clients in their loyalty program benefits
• Assist in different campaigns specific to U4B such as data analysis, marketing, sales, recruiting, support
• Prepare weekly strategic reports for team meetings and presentations

Basic Qualifications

• Written and spoken proficiency in English and French
• Currently enrolled in a Masters or Undergraduate degree
• Working rights in France (No sponsorship available)
• Availability to work 6 months full time in starting in January
• Ability to take initiative and easily adapt to constantly-changing work environment
• Creative demeanour and enjoy putting in place initiatives and processes to solve practical issues
• Dedicated. You have polished organizational skills, integrity and execution on tasks. You don’t get overwhelmed easily
• Naturally curious. You’re innovative and creative in your problem-solving and you constantly search for ways to tweak and optimize processes.
• Passionate about data. You’re not only comfortable with numbers; you love analyzing data and turning it into an outstanding report.
• Comfortable with people. You can make the leap from a number on a page to a concrete change for Uber, and you know how to communicate that data insight to other teams.
• A utility player. You’re willing to help out wherever needed, partnering with managers and other departments to tackle problems.
• Biased towards action. You like to take action in a big way and can get things done in a highly matrixed and relationship-based organization.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Previous internship experience in business development, startup, analytics and/or consulting
