The position

Job description

What You’ll Do

  1. Data insights and analysis - Manage post-campaign reporting and insights for all Online Food Delivery (OFD) advertisers across the assigned book of business
  2. Deliver regular and bespoke analyses and insights for some of the world’s largest advertisers to drive growth across advertiser KPIs and help them grow their businesses with Uber
  3. Exhibit deep analytical ability, and develop great expertise in Uber’s proprietary metrics, working to constantly evolve how we analyze and communicate data-driven insights to our advertisers
  4. Advocate for country and regional needs - Establish a deep understanding of the local needs and nuances by partnering with local Account Executives, Account Managers, and Merchant Operations teams
  5. You’ll be mapped to high-priority and high-revenue-driving clients, delivering white-glove service
  6. Scale, document, and communicate your work to enable automation or analysts in other regions/countries to leverage your reports/dashboards


What You’ll Need
  1. Bachelor’s degree, preferably in mathematics, statistics, economics, computer science, operational research, or a similar quantitative field
  2. 3+ years of experience in data analytics, marketing/advertising analytics, or measurement & insights
  3. Strong technical skills in SQL, Excel/Sheets, and data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, or similar)
  4. Excellent communication skills-able to translate technical data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
  5. Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple reporting and analysis requests simultaneously
  6. Strong business acumen and stakeholder management


It would be great if you also have:
  1. Experience in agency, consulting, or ad tech environments
  2. Experience working in the OFD industry in measurement or other applicable functions
  3. Experience with omnichannel or digital advertising measurement, attribution, and ROI reporting
  4. Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation
  5. Comfort working across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  6. Intermediate skills in data analysis with Python
