About the Role

As a Client Partner you will be responsible for building mutually beneficial ads partnerships with non endemic brands, especially on the finance & insurance industries . You will lead the ads sales strategy for a portfolio of top brands and drive adoption of an expanding suite of ads offerings across our Mobility and Delivery platforms. You will provide thoughtful insights-driven solutions for leaders across retail media, ecommerce, trade and brand marketing teams & their agency partners. You will proactively own sales targets and report on business performance metrics.

You will:

  • Own and grow a portfolio of Strategic Verticals advertisers, delivering against quarterly and annual revenue targets through long term partnership strategies
  • Build trusted senior relationships with Director, VP, and C suite marketing and commercial leaders, partnering closely with media and creative agencies to unlock scaled opportunities
  • Lead complex sales engagements using data driven storytelling to shape compelling narratives, win RFPs, and demonstrate campaign impact
  • Shape vertical specific go to market narratives, playbooks, and pitch frameworks, acting as the voice of the customer into product and go to market strategy
  • Operate with ownership in a fast growing business, collaborating cross functionally and supporting team success while wearing multiple hats
  • Develop and execute ads partnership strategies that deliver on your advertisers partners’ needs and exceed quarterly growth goals
  • Build relationships with Director, VP and C-level marketing executives and key marketing decision makers within partner organizations
  • Employ critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to navigate relationships and build trusted partner conversations.
  • Be an indispensable cross-functional partner across Product, Marketing and Operations team to ensure we are delivering on partner needs.
  • Expand ads product adoption. Clearly communicate the value of our newest ads products with a lens of creativity to differentiate our offering
About you:
  • Native level in French and fluent in English
  • 5+ years’ experience in end-to-end Enterprise / Large Customer Digital Advertising Sales
  • Experience selling ads solutions to large, complex enterprise CPG brands and organizations
  • Experience selling into large finance/insurance/fin tech brands, with a specific focus in digital advertising
  • Ability to build and implement strategic sales plans that result in success for our partners and Uber
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Creative storytelling experience with the ability to use data to quantify opportunities and influence decision makers
  • Speed, resourcefulness, and a go-getter mentality. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and navigating ambiguity
