Job description

Trustpair is reinventing B2B payment security. We are building the leading anti-fraud solution for large corporations to help them avoid $20 billion in fraud every year. With Trustpair, finance teams work with accurate data to avoid the risk of fraud and proceed to payments with peace of mind.

Trustpair at a glance:

  • 200+ companies preventing B2B payment fraud with Trustpair (Airliquide, Generali, Kering);
  • A financial technology acclaimed by major banking actors (Société Générale, Natixis, CACIB);
  • Enterprise-ready platform connected to market-leading financial softwares (SAP, Kyriba and more);
  • €25M raised in Series B to become #1 SaaS platform for third-party risk management;
  • A team of 100+ people, based in Europe and NYC.

To support Trustpair’s rapid growth, we are looking to expand the People team by recruiting a People Ops Apprentice. We are looking for an autonomous team member who will be committed to keep a very high standard of HR processes and Office Management.

Reporting to the VP People, and coached on a day-to-day basis by the People Ops Manager, this is an opportunity to embrace a broad scope of responsibilities, in contact with all the teams and managers at Trustpair. You will get a 360° view of People Operations in an international and ambitious scale-up in the French Tech scene.

Your role:

You will be specifically accountable for:

HR admin & payroll:

Closely supervised and trained by the People Ops Manager, you will ensure a smooth and efficient management of key HR administration and payroll preparation.

  • Preparing the Payroll process for France (collecting variable elements, adding new joiners and following up on departures, etc);
  • Preparing the HR administration documents (contracts, amendments, regulatory documentation, etc) for France;
  • Answering ad-hoc requests from employees (e.g. attestation employeur, etc).

Happiness management:

You will contribute to increase the team’s sense of belonging to Trustpair, through the implementation of key events and culture-focus initiatives.

  • Suggesting and contributing to the organisation of internal events (monthly apéros, parties, seminars, etc);
  • Setting up team building activities (random lunches, vis-ma-vie, virtual games, competitions, sports tournaments).

Office Management:

You will contribute to maintain a high level of people satisfaction regarding Trustpair's working environment: managing offices that are felt by everyone as warm, welcoming and innovative.

  • Taking care of the offices in Paris, and making sure we maintain a high-quality, functional and clean working environment, supervising work, finding quick solutions…;
  • Bringing your positive thinking and sharing new ideas to ensure our offices are a fun and efficient place to work;
  • Managing inventories and the purchase of office supplies, IT equipment, snacks and beverages based on consumption and arrivals;
  • Welcoming external visitors (partners, providers, candidates), searching and benchmarking providers for the different supplies.
