About the role
Trustpair is hiring an Intern or Apprentice to join our growing Finance & Admin team from January 2026.
As an important member of our team, you will contribute to the smooth running of our Sales Administration and assist with Accounting updates. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive experience across key financial and commercial processes within a high-growth tech company.
This is a hybrid position with weekly presence required in our Paris office.
What you'll do:
Sales Administration Management
- Billing & Collection: Take ownership of timely client invoicing using Chargebee and proactively manage payment collection via reminders for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Reporting: Prepare accurate reports on collection performance and monitor Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) to support our financial insights.
- Sales Support: Assist the Sales team by drafting quotes for renewals, creating transactions within our CRM (HubSpot) and provide general administrative support to the Sales team.
- Data Management: Collect essential billing information (client details, purchase orders, client platform onboarding details, etc.) to ensure seamless invoicing.
Accounting Support
- Dispute Resolution: Communicate with clients and suppliers to resolve requests and disputes efficiently.
- Month-End Support: Assist with the client revenue closing process at month-end.
- Expense Management: Maintain and update Spendesk and Pennylane, which includes processing supplier invoices, obtaining credit card payment justifications, and preparing expense records for Accounting.
- Tax Compliance: Ensure correct VAT (Europe) and Sales Tax (US) regimes are applied to both sales and purchases.

Must-Haves:
- You're currently obtaining your Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- You already have a first professional experience involving billing and/or accounting task management
- You're fluent in French & English
- You're proficient in Excel / Google Sheets
- A solid understanding of VAT principles
- You're rigorous and have a strong attention to detail in your work
