Saad is passionate about entrepreneurship. No success story holds any secrets for him!

In fact, he has been an entrepreneur, and in particular an e-commerce entrepreneur.

His commercial fibre developed through previous experience in commercial real estate, mass distribution or the media, as well as his appetite for digital marketing, led him to join Trusted Shops as a "sales consultant".

In this position, he enjoys talking to the online retailers whose daily lives he has shared, who often tell him about their experiences and their daily needs. His aim is to offer them the best solution to solve their problem in order to get their online business off the ground and to establish a long-lasting relationship in which everyone wins.

A traveller at heart, Francesca studied tourism and languages and then, after several years in the hotel industry and in event management, she decided to create her own online agency.

The digital world is becoming more and more part of her daily life and her career naturally turns towards e-commerce.

She started as a business developer for a flow manager in the Netherlands for 2 years and joined the Trusted Shops team in January 2021 where she assists e-retailers in managing their e-reputation.

Vivien is Partner Manager. He manages and develops our partner programme and is the number one contact person for all projects in collaboration with Trusted Shops.

Victoire, in charge of recruitment for the entire French market, has been with Trusted Shops since 1 July this year and is as happy as ever.

She started her career in the recruitment of tech profiles in a recruitment agency and in a consulting company. Today, based in Marseille, she works from home and is completely autonomous, with the confidence of the teams.

She enjoys alternating between exchanges with candidates, their future colleagues and pure sourcing phases to find the rare pearl.

Victoire can count on her two feline assistants to support her on a daily basis, even if they lack a little professionalism.

After several years of experience in telecom quality control in France and offshore, Marie joined Trusted Shop in 2018 as a lead manager. At that time the team was launching on the French market.

At Trusted Shops, she is in charge of lead generation and management for the French commercial team. The lead management process helps to define the tactics that generate the best leads, so as to effectively optimise the sales strategy What she likes about Trusted Shops: Transparency and friendliness.

When she is out of the office, Marie likes to enjoy her pets, who are great assistants when working from home.
