The Sr. Field Clinical Specialist will engage with surgeons and product users on the development and proper use of TISSIUM medical devices. Key job aspects include supporting clinical studies and product development through in-person meetings and surgical simulations.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical expert on assigned TISSIUM technology and its application.
• Perform surgeon training and surgical cases executed as part of clinical study protocol.
• Lead the creation and implementation of clinical study training programs on TISSIUM technology and applications
• Serve as a technical liaison between Development, Clinical Research, and the medical community.
• Support the development of surgical application for future TISSIUM technology
• Collaborate across functions internally and externally to ensure program execution to achieve business goals

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree required with a minimum of 7 years (or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years) of experience in clinical research, medical affairs, or as a medical science liaison or field clinical engineer within medical devices, drugs, or biologics.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology and basic anatomy
• Excellent project management and organization skills.
• Experience in Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and/or regulatory compliance guidelines for clinical studies, such as ISO14155
• Excellent spoken and written English
