The position

Job description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Private Debt Associate to join our growing team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for private markets. CANDIDATES MUST BE BASED IN SINGAPORE ALREADY.


Mission

  • Review information packs as part of the screening process of new opportunities;
  • Lead due diligence process of transactions presented to IC, including preparation of financial model and credit memo;
  • Monitor portfolio companies, by analysing monthly reports, regularly engaging with management teams, and preparation of updates for internal discussion purposes;
  • Actively assist with the capital raising process, including preparation of presentational materials, market research, and answering of investor diligence questions; and
  • Lead on internal reporting and communication processes and protocols.

 

Preferred experience

Profile:

  • This position is based in Singapore, covering Asian markets
  • 3+ years experience in corporate finance, transaction services, private equity / debt, investment banking
  • Critical thinker and self-starter, with strong knowledge of financial analysis, accounting and modelling, and IT office tools (Excel etc)
  • Strong team player, ability to communicate and collaborate with international colleagues
  • Flexible, proactive and with strong attention to detail and communication skills.
