The position

Job description

You will be part of the product team, and you will collaborate with our hardware software and marketing teams.

Here are the few missions you will be part of during your apprenticeship (Alternance) on industrial product UI and UX design:

·         Imagine, conceptualize, develop, prototype, and communicate new versions of TiHive’s Hardware and Software products through sketching, photorealistic renderings, animations, and interactive models using a range of 2D and 3D tools.

·         Assist the TiHive’s team to quickly and efficiently conceptualize new, modified, or improved products.

·         Collaborate with fellow interns and full-time designers and developers in creating user-centered applications for the web, desktop, or mobile devices.

·         Maintain effective communication with internal and external customers.

·         Work as part of interdisciplinary innovation teams

·         Conduct users research and user’s interviews

Preferred experience

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Industrial Design or Product Design
• Proficiency in 2D sketching, Figma to convey design concepts (analog and digital)
• Knowledge in Photoshop, Illustrator or SketchbookPro would be ideal.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes to ensure that conceptual designs can be built efficiently is a plus
• Experience or demonstrated interest in rapid prototyping
• Attention to detail, excellent problem solving and communication skills
• Eligible to work in EU
