The position

Job description

We’ve built excellent, often even friendly relationships with our customers in the region — including major banks and banking groups in Eastern Europe. That means you won’t be starting from scratch; instead, you’ll be building on solid foundations, supported by strong and positive references, and helping us grow even further.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing business relationships with banks and financial institutions in Eastern Europe, building on existing references.
• Identifying new opportunities and presenting ThreatMark solutions at the top management level.
• Collaborating with the marketing team on local campaigns and events (Banking Fraud Summit, customer workshops, networking).
• Contributing to the business strategy for the region and providing market feedback.
• Traveling to countries across the region and representing ThreatMark at meetings and conferences


Preferred experience

You’re the right fit if you:

• Have excellent English skills (knowledge of another regional language is a plus).
• Already have experience in B2B sales – ideally in banking, fintech, IT security, or risk management.
• Know how to negotiate, build relationships, and turn them into long-term partnerships.
• Are proactive, communicative, and goal-oriented – you know how to set priorities and pursue results.
• See travel across the region as an opportunity, not a challenge.
• Consider computers, mobile devices, and modern tools (including AI) as your natural allies.
