Therapanacea is working on our two main solutions: the first one called ART-PLAN, which is an AI driven treatment planning software for adaptative radiotherapy, and another, called ART-OMICS for neurodegenerative diseases which is a generic platform that combines efficiently multiple information sources for treatment prognosis targeting the acceleration of drug development as optimizing treatment outcomes.
Therapanacea is hiring her/his new Program Manager.
This person will drive contract, successful execution, and ensure project management. We are looking here for someone who has led digital R&D phases and (software) implementation projects within a life sciences set up. We will give preference to candidates with experience leading these types of projects rather than someone with a scientific background without the project experience.
Finally, we are preferably looking for candidates with consulting experience and who are able to work in a challenging stakeholder environment.
RESPONSABILITIES AND MISSIONS:
Drive and pilot clinical R&D collaborations with partners / hospitals / pharmaceuticals companies and external stakeholders
Lead the delivery of complex, interdisciplinary projects in the clinical digital measurement space to meet the needs of the collaborations
Administrate the program, including facilitating resource planning, budget tracking, preparation of status updates across different work streams
Engage and influence stakeholders inside and outside the company to ensure the success of the collaborations
You will work in the heart of Paris, in a very international and dynamic environment, with medical teams in oncology, experts in artificial intelligence (statistical and deep learning, numerical optimisation) and in 3D visualisation of medical images.
Must Have:
Proven project- and product management experience in digital health implementation projects (especially with an AI based technology research phase), within scope, budget and time
Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience, including consulting or similar
Proven experience establishing collaborations with clinical researchers, including with consortia
Real passion for transforming healthcare using digital technology, especially for modernizing clinical endpoints in drug development and improving disease management and patient care
Proven ability to manage and meet stakeholder expectations
Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills
Ability to build strong partnerships with stakeholders and influence without authority
Strong business English
Nice to have:
Advanced scientific/medical degree, especially in digital health, neuroscience, previous work with Alzheimer’s Disease or neurodegenerative diseases, or oncology, radiotherapy.
You have worked with AI-based software as a medical device.
Your experience in neuroscience, medical imaging, AI, data science is a plus.
Previous experience with analyzing data and/or implementation of information workflows
