To accelerate the development of fabriq, the all-in-one solution for Operational Excellence, we are growing our Implementation team. You are part of the Operations department, in charge of implementing the product with new customers and maximizing value created. Our customers are industrial sites worldwide, and we now have more than 60k users.
As an Implementation Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in the success of our pilot projects and in driving adoption of our platform across our clients’ organizations. You’ll report directly to Nina, Implementation Team Manager, and join a tight-knit team of three driven, and impact-oriented IPMs.
You’ll work cross-functionally with our Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to make sure every implementation is a success — from signature to full adoption. Your mission is built around three core pillars: project management, product expertise, and continuous improvement.
You’ll be involved at every step to ensure smooth execution, measurable impact, and long-term client success. You will gladly travel across France and nearest countries to meet your clients (plan for 3 travel days per month in average).
In this role, you’re not simply checking boxes; you’re building strong relationships and guiding clients through each step. Your commitment, drive for excellence, and customer-centric mindset will empower you to go beyond expectations and lay the groundwork for scalable success.
Own the end-to-end delivery of pilot projects — from implementation and onboarding to adoption and validation of key use cases.
Partner closely with the client’s project manager to structure the plan, build trust, and mitigate risk.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, Integrations, and CSM teams to ensure commitments are met and deliverables exceed expectations.
Identify risks early and drive corrective actions when needed.
Support your customer’s change management efforts, helping users embrace fabriq and integrate it into their daily routines.
Ensure a smooth handover to the Customer Success Manager once the pilot phase is complete.
Deep-dive into the client’s needs, standards, and challenges to help them become autonomous in building their pilot environment (structure, content, customization).
Lead interactive workshops and training sessions to drive adoption and empower frontline teams.
Act as a trusted advisor, providing actionable insights and recommendations aligned with real-world use cases.
Create clear, user-friendly resources (tutorials, documentation, etc.) to accelerate adoption and support change management.
Support Sales in pre-sales conversations by showcasing our implementation expertise when relevant.
Act as the voice of the customer to the Product team — sharing feedback and feature needs that make a real difference.
Identify and propose improvements to the onboarding process to optimize client support and maximize impact.

You’re a perfect fit for the Implementation Project Manager role at fabriq if you have:
3+ years relevant experience in a similar role working with key accounts in a fast-growing startup or B2B SaaS
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills, love meeting new people and understanding how they work
Able to think outside of the box and find creative solutions to support the implementation of fabriq
Entrepreneurial mindset: you have a proactive attitude, enjoy freedom and autonomy and act as an owner
English & French fluency is a must, and proficiency in at least one additional foreign language (especially German) is a plus.
Strong understanding or at least curiosity of industrial operations and lean management principles
