The Junior Project Manager plays a central role in the management and delivery of service projects for users of our Email Builder. The role combines project management, module integration, quality control, coordination with the design team, and client onboarding, ensuring high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction.
In addition, the Junior Project Manager may occasionally work on services related to other group tools in the French market.
Project Management & Planning:
Lead end-to-end delivery of service projects for Email Builder clients, including planning, scheduling, prioritization, and resource coordination.
Monitor project progress, manage cross-functional stakeholders (Design, Development, Freelancers), anticipate risks, and ensure timely delivery.
Module Integration & Production:
Coordinate the technical integration of modules into the Email Builder, working closely with Design to produce required mockups and visual assets.
Ensure quality and readiness for delivery by verifying compliance, testing functionalities, and validating the final output.
Delivery & Client Onboarding:
Coordinate the delivery of modules and services to clients.
Lead client onboarding activities, including integration guidance, testing, QA support, and feedback collection to drive continuous improvement.
Secondary Mission – Other Group Tools:
Occasionally support service delivery for other tools within the group, applying Email Builder best practices where relevant.
Contribute to client satisfaction and retention across the entire product portfolio.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Customer Success, Account Management, Academy, and Support) to support pre-sales, onboarding, delivery, and issue resolution, ensuring a seamless end-to-end client experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Computer Science or related field.
Professional fluency in both French and English.
Initial experience in project management or project coordination within a SaaS company or the software industry.
Background in Customer Experience (CX), CRM, email technologies, or MarTech/ SalesTech organizations will be considered an advantage.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Analytical and problem-solving mindset, able to interpret data and identify opportunities for improvement.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Proactive, results-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
