We are looking for a Market Research Analyst to join the Insights team in Geneva.
This position is responsible for providing project team assistance in handling quantitative research projects from commissioning to debrief. All studies are ad-hoc in nature and the scope of work covers conducting research in markets across the globe.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a thought leadership global market research agency which is strongly developing into the areas of AI and E-com.
The company is also known for its pioneering of behavioural economic science approaches and research in shopper activation.
The Swiss office has approx. 10 employees covering mostly Quant research functions.
While in normal times based in Petit Lancy, we’re mostly working from home in the current sanitary situation.

Responsibilities :
Project management with the support of the insights manager
Coordination of all the different parties involved in the project
Creating and scripting questionnaires into a software program
Creating and authorizing materials (stimuli) for our internal and external field partners
Monitoring the performance in field – via liaison with the PRS INVIVO Field team
Creating/formatting charts/tables for reports in PowerPoint
Developing story-led PowerPoint reports
Creating instruction materials for our internal and external field partners
Attending client briefings and debriefs
Skills :
Very detail-oriented & organized & with strong analytical skills
Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
Strong listening, and both written & oral communication skills
Requirements :
A university degree – relevant degrees include Business Administration and Marketing Management
Fluent reading/writing/speaking in English is compulsory – all internal communication is done in English. Additional languages (French in particular) are considered a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Ideally 1 year of experience in shopper or consumer research
Swiss Work permit
A valid passport and willingness to travel (once Covid situation will allow again)
