As a trade specialist, you will proactively support the growth of the East Coast Sales:
You will manage and develop customer relationships with Tier 2/3 clients in the East Coast Region
You will implement the Sales Strategy for the territory, focusing on inbound business (both private and trade)
You’ll assist clients with all enquiries: quote requests, working on custom quotes and shipping, as well as sending samples to close sales
You’ll provide exceptional customer service to generate loyalty
You’ll achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
You’ll work as part of a team to drive sales
Experience in a luxury business or a degree in the field
A strong interest for the design/luxury industry
A strong interest for E-commerce
