The position

Job description

Your responsibilities will be:

Your primary goal is to establish a robust prospects base in Spain and to sign our first spanish clients within the first 6 months. You’ll have to roll up your sleeves and balance attention to detail with swift execution. We need to act quickly and efficiently, and this balance should be your strength. Your responsibilities include:

  • Understand the key nuances and characteristics of the market to create a clear vision for Tenacy’s path forward in the Spanish market

  • Execute the go-to-market strategy end-to-end

  • Provide market feedback to the team

  • Work closely with French-based Marketing, Sales, Customer Operations and Engineering teams to implement the country launch playbook in the Spanish market.

  • Report directly to our CEO

  • Be the voice of Tenacy in Spain (press relations, communication at events…)

  • Recruit and manage the Spanish sales team (middle term)

Preferred experience

We are seeking an individual with an entrepreneurial mindset and excellent sales skills, someone with a flair for technical products and ready to roll up his sleeves to make a mark in the cybersecurity market in Spain!

  • Strong academic background with a minimum of 5 years of experience

  • Fluent in Spanish (100% proficiency), and French (min B2)

  • Strong sales skills with a proven experience as a top performer in the B2B SaaS industry

  • Competitive mindset

  • Sharp vision and problem-solving skills

  • Hands-on approach, high energy level and an efficiency-driven mindset

  • High level of familiarity with the Spanish market and business culture, from working or living in Spain

  • Job based in Spain (Barcelona)
