As a Junior Customer Support Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering a smooth and high-quality customer experience.
Working at the intersection of Customer Support and Product, you will help ensure that customer requests are handled efficiently while contributing to the continuous improvement of our solutions.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Customer Support
Handle Level 1 customer support requests via HubSpot and Aircall
Ensure proper follow-up and resolution of customer inquiries
Coordinate technical escalations with technical and operational teams
Monitor and proactively manage disconnection alerts related to our installations
Deliver a professional and consistent customer experience
Product Collaboration
Collect and structure customer feedback to support the Product team
Contribute to the transition of customers to our new platform
Help improve internal support processes and customer workflows
You will join a dynamic and international team, where collaboration between Customer, Product and Technical teams is key to delivering the best possible experience to our users.

Experience
A first experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, Operations or a similar role is appreciated but not mandatory
Strong interest in technology, data or SaaS environments
Motivation to learn quickly and take ownership
