The position is located in Paris. You report directly to the Vice-President International Business Development.
You have a key position in our organization. Your will be supporting the VP international Development :
supervising the development of our subsidiaries abroad: Netherlands, India, Spain and Brazil.
Developing business in new countries.
Key responsibilities are including :
Follow latest markets trends including competition analysis, change in regulations, new technologies
Develop and maintain commercial relationship with key industry players including developers, equipment suppliers, EPC and O&M providers
Track the tenders and identify commercial opportunities
Process and track various development process
Assess projects and subsidiaries profitability
Prepare the projects for submissions to financial investment decisions
Negotiate and execute development agreement with local partners (SPA, SHA, …)
You have knowledge & experience of preferably at least 4 years in the solar energy industry internationally
Ideally, you have knowledge of regulations pertaining to different countries: Netherlands, India, Spain and Brazil in priority
Developed greenfield solar projects
M&A is a plus
You speak fluently English & French, ideally also Spanish and Portuguese.
Fully competent in Office with highest standards of financial modelling and presentation skills
Excellent communication skills
You are deeply involved, proactive, organized and able to work independently
