The position

Job description

We are currently seeking a Product Lead, reporting directly to Digital for Business Lines Domain Lead to join our Digital Transformation team based in Nanterre, France. Our Business Lines include - Natural Liquified Gas, Sustainable Fuels, Carbon Capture and Rely (Green Hydrogen). 

The person on this role would be in charge of leading digital initiatives for at least 2 business lines, cited previously. These digital initiatives can be related to new applications for process engineers / project managers.

The Product Lead will frame the needs of the business lines via communicating with Heads of Department, VPs, Principal Engineers, construct a roadmap of the app delivery and animate it with developers, tech leads, etc.

 

About the role :

 

Responsibilities:

  • Frame business needs 

  • Follow and Animate the initiative delivery with stakeholders (developers, product owner, technical leads,…) 

  • Monitor budget and manage risks 

  • Support the delivery of product documentation: Architecture, Functional features, Roadmap…

Experiences in projects, previous jobs:

  • Master's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology 
  • Experience as a product owner and/or Product Manager 
  • A  prior technical experience as a Developer or Data Scientist would be a plus
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies  
  • Prior work experience of 2-3 years 

Languages:

  •  English speaker at C1 level, knowledge of French would be a plus, but not mandatory 

How this role can evolve: become a Team Lead or a Product Owner in Engineering, Procurement, Support functions business lines
