About the mission we offer you:

 

In concrete terms, you will be required to: 

 

Reporting to the HRIS Manager, the P&C Change Management Officer will support change management initiatives by creating and maintaining high-quality documentation, such as standard operating procedures, work instructions, user guides, training materials, videos, and articles for HR systems and processes. He/she will participate in the development and deployment of the change management process in a global manner. 

 

In this role, you will demonstrate strong oral and written communication and organizational skills, while continuously learning and actively contributing to the success and adoption of our HR systems and P&C processes. 

 

Main responsibilities: 

  • Support HRSD global process owners to assess the impact of changes and define the best approach to support change, 
  • Create and maintain documentation related to our HR applications and processes: user guides, work instructions and procedures, FAQs, onboarding curriculum and training materials, 
  • Develop instructional videos and visuals to drive end-user adoption of HR systems and processes, 
  • Write clear and engaging articles to inform and educate employees on system/process updates, new features, and best practices, 
  • Collaborate with HRIS team members and HR stakeholders to gather information and ensure documentation meets user needs, 
  • Support HRSD global process owners to ensure quality (including consistency) and timely updating of process documentation (standard operating procedures, user guides, knowledge articles, work instructions), 
  • Support the change management process by contributing to communication plans and user engagement strategies, 
  • Testing and validating documentation to ensure accuracy and usefulness, 
  • Help organize and maintain a centralized repository for all documentation and resources, 
  • Strengthen the expertise of our P&C community by deepening their understanding of our global processes and strengthening their ability to execute them effectively, 
  • Create an onboarding curriculum for all new HRSD colleagues related to HRSD global processes and P&C technologies.

 

Desired duration: 24 months 

Desired start: May 2025

 

About you:

We love to hear from you and how you match with this position. To be successful in this mission you should consider the following requirements:

 

  • In the process of obtaining a degree, certification, or designation in the fields of communication, human resources, business administration, information systems, or a related field, 
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, in French and English, with a keen attention to detail, 
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with video or visual content creation tools,
  • Interest in HR systems/processes, technology and change management processes, 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively manage multiple tasks, 
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.

Preferred skills (not mandatory): 

  • Basic understanding of HR processes and systems, 
  • Experience with HRIS platforms or other enterprise software, 
  • Knowledge of change management principles or methodologies (ADKAR, PROSCI, etc.).
