Who are they?
Team Vitality is a French esport club created in 2013 by Fabien “Neo” Devide and Nicolas Maurer.
In ten years, the club has become a leader in France and Europe, and evolves internationally on 6 emblematic games: League of Legends, CS: GO, Valorant, FIFA, Rocket League, Call of Duty Mobile.
Composed of international players with exceptional performances, the club is fully dedicated to the identification and development of a whole generation of esport athletes. In total, the Team Vitality community has more than 12 million fans across all social networks, which it also unites on its V.Hive mobile application.
Team Vitality is proud to have global partners in their industry, such as Tezos and hummel. The tricolour club has teams around the world: Paris (France), Berlin (Germany), and Mumbai (India).
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Social Media Specialist. As a part of the communication team you will be responsible for creating funny and engaging content for all of our social channels, create campaigns for our diverse partners, delivering insights from our community to the rest of the business and covering esports events either on the ground or online.
We are looking for a creative individual who is a self-starter and has basic knowledge on how to create content through the adobe package. If you have a deeper knowledge of how to run communities like Discord and Reddit it will be a plus.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Leading the planning and execution of content for our Discord and Reddit channels
Work together with the rest of the communications team to innovate and execute on our communication strategy
Prepare and present monthly reports on content and partnership campaigns
Work with the partnership team to create content and campaigns that aligns with their brand and Team Vitality’s
Being up to date on the latest trends and transforming them into content that supports Team Vitality’s brand and communication plan
Stay connected with our community of fans and supporters and make sure that we deliver content that aligns with them.
Cover our teams and players during tournaments both online and by traveling to events.
Previous experience with social media and community management
An interest in the esports scene in general, and a basic knowledge about the different games we play in
Great organizational skills and able to juggle multiple projects at the same time, but still delivering tasks within the set deadline
Creative and able to come up with new ideas
Thriving in a collaborative environment and with a desire to find the best solution possible at all times
Able to work from our offices in Paris on a weekly basis with remote work allowed when needed
Willing to travel to events around the world when needed
Fluent in French and English
