The position

Job description

We are looking for an apprentice to join Team Vitality’s HR team, which consists of an HR Manager and a Culture and Office Manager.

The role of Team Vitality’s HR team is to develop and coordinate the various HR and Office Management actions required to ensure the professional development and fulfillment of each employee.

This involves managing internal communications and HR development initiatives, which are the most visible actions to our employees, as well as organizing payroll administration and social relations, and managing the day-to-day life in our offices.

Reporting to the HR Manager, and working closely with the Culture and Office Manager, the apprentice will develop internal communication around our corporate life and internal events, take part in HR development initiatives and help with day-to-day administrative management.

Management of internal communications and events:

  • Drawing up a general internal HR communication plan: setting up an annual calendar, proposing formats, content and frequency.

  • Helping to organize internal business events: Monthly Updates, Quarterly Business Review, etc.

  • Organization of team-building sessions: gaming session, viewing party, afterwork, breakfast, etc.

  • Daily management of spaces (ordering consumables, maintenance, relations with service providers, etc.)

  • Managing the content of the Notion intranet

HR Development Management :

  • Management of the onboarding process for new employees

  • Developing the external employer brand through our recruitment channels

  • Helping to pilot Kare’s internal CSR action plan: rolling out quarterly surveys and analyzing the results, implementing actions around diversity, gender equality, disability and Quality of Life at Work.

  • Rolling out the internal training plan: setting up an annual training calendar, managing training registrations, attendance and learner assessments

  • Helping to organize individual interview campaigns

  • Participating in the development of HR policy and processes

Preferred experience

  • Minimum of 3 years’ higher education in Human Resources Management, AES or equivalent

  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Organizational and good writing skills

  • Ability to adapt

  • Knowledge of the esport sector appreciated

  • Good level of written and spoken English (C1)
