The Context :
We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Lead who will oversee and drive the social media strategy for our fast-paced, multi-brand digital restaurant group.
As a Social Media Lead, you will be responsible for driving the brand voice and online presence of our virtual restaurant brands, created in collaboration with influencers and celebrities. The role demands a deep understanding of social media algorithms, food trends, content creation, influencers, and metrics analysis to ensure a successful launch and sustained growth of the brands. Your performance will be directly aligned with business KPIs like follower count, engagement rate, and order volume.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this role requires a unique mix of strategic planning, innovation, influencer management, and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media marketing in a high-growth, fast-paced environment and a strong knowledge of the food industry.
Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning
Create and Implement Social Media Strategy: Develop a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with brand goals, influencer styles, and target audience needs in the French and UK markets.
Analytics and Reporting: Analyze, measure, and report on key performance metrics to continually refine social media strategies.
Benchmarking: Constantly evaluate competitor and industry best practices, particularly in France and the UK, to incorporate into our strategy.
2. Content Creation and Management
Content Creation: Develop and manage a content calendar across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), ensuring that all posts align with the brand’s tone.
Tone of Voice: Establish a brand-specific tone of voice that resonates with the target audience and aligns with the influencer's persona.
Ads Management: Oversee the creation and performance of B2B and B2C ads
3. Relationship Management
Influencer collaboration: Facilitate smooth and effective collaborations with influencers and celebrities, ensuring that all parties are engaged and satisfied.
Team Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams such as design, marketing, and operations for seamless execution of campaigns. Foster an environment that encourages innovation, continuous improvement, and collaboration across marketing, design, and other departments.
4. Crisis Management
Brand Reputation: Actively monitor and manage brand reputation online, handling any crises in alignment with brand voice and guidelines. Respond to brand mentions, reviews, and grievances online.
Your prior experience & requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in social media management, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Fluent in both French and English, with a strong familiarity with the French social media scene.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
Proven ability to translate strategic visions into actionable plans and manage their execution.
Knowledge of key influencers and Gen Z audience influencers in France and the UK.
