What responsibilities we’re looking for in this role:

• Understand Taster’s strategic and competitive position and deliver added-value through your product that is aligned with the overall strategy
• Develop the product roadmap and build consensus on prioritization which drives product execution
• Scope, specify, and design new features, working with business executives and top designers and engineers teams, always with a heavy focus on product impact
• Dive deep on data and experimentation, building a culture of data-informed decision making in your team
• Build alignment and and motivate a team of engineers and other cross-functional representatives, and maintain team health.

We’re a perfect fit for you if:

• +3 years experience as a Product Manager
• A plus if you worked in a Tech or Food environment
• You have a passion for the Product. By having the user at the center of all your thoughts, you aim for innovation to maximize your product impact.
• You are able to motivate your choices strategically (via insights, KPIs etc.). You must be able to challenge your intuitions through the use of data. You are business and strategy-oriented.
• You have a proven ability to work independently, balance priorities and take initiative
• You have effective and precise communication skills. The animation of relationships with all Feature Team stakeholders will be at the heart of your mission.
• Driven, but with a collaborative approach. “You don’t win unless our team wins”
