What responsibilities we’re looking for in this role

• Display strong leadership, organizational and execution skills
• Scope, specify, and design new features, working with business executives, designers, and engineers.
• Identify significant opportunities and drive product vision, strategies and roadmaps in the context of broader organizational strategies and goals.
• Balance many factors (market, customers, team) to prioritize which work we do and which we defer.
• Ability to incorporate data, research and market analysis to inform product strategies and roadmaps.
• Leads and motivates a team of engineers and other cross-functional representatives, and maintains team health.
• Understand Taster’s strategic and competitive position and deliver added-value through our products that are aligned with our level of excellence

What qualifications we are looking for in this role

• 5+ years experience as a Product Manager ideally in a Tech or Food environment
• Ability to work independently, balance priorities and take initiative
• Experience in leading feature teams and going through a full product lifecycle
