We’re growing rapidly and looking for a creative Product Designer.

Taster Product Designer work with feature teams of product managers, engineers, scientists and executives to build products. We are looking for entrepreneurial team members who value moving quickly and can help innovate and drive product initiatives across the company and the kitchens. As a Product Designer, you will ensure our products and features are valuable for people, easy to use, and of the level of craft. You will be expected to utilize your full range of product knowledge: design, interaction, research.

What responsibilities we’re looking for in this role

• Identify significant opportunities and drive product vision, strategies and roadmaps in the context of broader organizational strategies and goals.
• Scope, specify, and design new features, working with business executives, designers, and engineers.
• Take conceptual ideas and turn them into useful and valuable products
• Contribute to strategic decisions around the future direction of Taster products
• Design end-to-end flows and experiences that are simple and elegant for our supported platforms

What qualifications we are looking for in this role

• 1-3 years experience as a Product Designer ideally in a Tech or Food environment
• Ability to work independently, balance priorities and take initiative
• Experience as a contributor to a design system (design principles, style guide, visual identity, pattern and components library)
• Visual Design skills with proficiency in typography, desktop/mobile UI, colour, layout, iconography and aesthetic sense and how these elements impact product function
