🔎Why we open this position ?

In order to deliver on our vision, we are organised on 3 pillars on the business part:

  • Ops & Network: managing the supply chain and the network of franchise partners across the different countries

  • Revenue: management of the delivery platforms, commercial calendars, innovation on the different brands

  • Power to Creators: the team that is responsible to find and work with our key creators

We are currently looking for a leader for the Revenue pillar.

As Head of Group Revenue, you would own for Taster Group the top line GMV with the marketing and promotion budget attached to it.

You will manage a team split across the different markets and you will report into the CEO.

🤝Your responsibilities

You own the GMV and revenue of the company in the different markets, with the marketing and promotions attached to it.

- You will be responsible for the Commercial planning, setup of key moments for the different brands and markets, including promotions, sponsored ads,...

- You will develop the local marketing components (helping kitchens to organise and structure activations in their areas)

- You will be managing relationship with delivery platforms - to maximise our visibility, GMV and margins

- You will be in charge of the innovation, creating new items in existing brands, and developing menus for new brands - it will be key to collaborate closely with the Network and Supply teams to ensure those menus and meals are doable at large scale

- You will be in charge of developing the right framework for growth (how do we develop CRM ? how do we grow our Click&Collect share ?)

- You will work closely with the P2C (Power to creator) team and our influencers

- Working with the COO and the rest of the leadership team, you will elaborate the strategy for the different markets.

- You will also lead / participate in key strategic projects at group level.

🤝 Is it really for me ?

  • You have minimum 8-10 years experience with eCommerce background (have worked in top ecommerce platform) - having worked in food delivery platforms is a plus

  • You have worked in Growth / Marketing teams for at least 5 years

  • You have a good understanding of eCommerce and Commercial & Marketing levers ( perf marketing, discount, ROI vision, LTV / CAC understanding)

  • You have had P&L ownership

  • You have already managed teams

  • You have entrepreneurial mindset

  • You are a foodie and enjoy tasting new products
