Creator Partnership Manager – Netherlands (Part-Time / Remote + Local)

Location: Netherlands-based, flexible hours
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Freelance

About Taster
Taster empowers creators to build, co-own and monetise their own food brand. We handle everything from product innovation, operations to network expansion, while the creator brings the vision, drives the brand strategy, and communicates about their brand to their audience.

We’ve already launched successful brands with some of Europe’s biggest creators, including:

We are now expanding to the Netherlands and looking for our next Creator partner.

Your mission
We’re looking for a plugged-in, well-connected Creator Economy expert to help us find and secure our next Creator partner in the Netherlands. This is a freelance role where you’ll act as our on-the-ground scout: researching, networking, and introducing us to high-potential creators who could launch their own food brand with Taster.

What you’ll do

  • Identify and shortlist Dutch creators who meet our criteria (passion for food, strong audience, entrepreneurial mindset).

  • Reach out to creators, managers, and agencies via emails, DMs and/or calls.

  • Attend face-to-face or virtual meetings with talent and represent Taster professionally.

  • Present Taster’s Creator model and assess fit.

  • Work directly with our Creator Partnerships Manager (based in London) to align on outreach strategy and target profiles.

  • Support the signing process: from aligning on key terms to securing contracts with selected creators.

  • Contribute to onboarding and early brand development, helping shape the concept and set the brand up for a successful launch (depending on your profile).

What we’re looking for

  • Deep knowledge of the Dutch creator economy.

  • Existing network of creators, talent managers, and/or agencies in NL.

  • Experience working with celebrities, influencers and/or public figures.

  • Native Dutch speaker with strong communication skills in English.

  • Entrepreneurial, persuasive, and great with people.

  • Comfortable working flexibly and independently: this is not a full-time job, but it’s a key role.

Bonus if you have:

  • Experience in talent scouting.

  • A love of food and an interest in QSR.
