To continue our amazing mission, we are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Head of Creatives (all types of contracts) to join our UA Creatives & Support team 💪 


Role Overview 👀

As a Head of Creatives, you will be responsible (among other responsibilities) for managing the creative team and support it in its development.

Your missions:

  • Leadership & Team Development: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of Creatives & Artist specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement. Defining KPIs, OKRs, games strategy and long-term targets for each team member and our games portfolio.
  • Grow the team: run quarterly and bi-annual reviews with each Creative team member, help them grow in their role, and hire new collaborators to help uplift the team skills and knowledge in the Casual & hybrid-casual areas.
  • Strategic Creative Planning & Execution: Design and implement robust Creatives strategies for each game’s vertical, that are aligned with business objectives, focusing on driving growth, player retention, gross margin and engagement.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Regularly review Creative performance metrics across channels, campaigns.
  • Collaborative Partnerships: Work in close coordination with Product, UA, ASO and management teams to ensure Creative strategies align with broader project goals and result in successful campaigns. Improve cross-teams communication and processes.
  • Product & tools development: Improve our automation strategy and capabilities by working on product feedback and sharing features enhancements for our several automation, distribution and analysis of creatives & team’s performances.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Challenge and contribute to the development and improvement of our Internal BI, Data Analysis and Reporting dashboards to improve Strategic visions, reporting and help with Management decisions.
  • M&A audits & Due diligence: Participate with the leadership team in our inorganic growth acquisition strategy across publishing, but also games & studios M&A strategy.
  • Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Monitor the latest gaming UA & Creative industry advancements, technologies, tools and trends to keep our strategies innovative and relevant, ensuring we maintain a competitive edge. In this objective, create and cultivate solid relations with other top gaming publishers and C-level executives as well as POCs of all our main UA channels. Participate in industry events as panel speaker and representative of Tapnation.
  • Embrace Innovation: Explore and implement emerging technologies, channels, and methods to stay at the forefront of Creatives practices, continually improving acquisition efforts and campaign performance. Test and deploy AI tools, solutions and practices to accelerate AI adoption within the team and the company.

    May vary depending on the country and the type of contract (the example below concerns our contracts in France).

  • Remote policy: this position can be full remote.
  • Les Nouveaux Bureaux offices in Paris 17e (including fitness room).

  • Significant experience in management.

  • Fluent in English.
  • Demonstrates team spirit and good communication skills.
