The position

Job description

The Business Development Manager role is to grow SYSNAV revenues in the Healthcare market, specifically by addressing large and mid-size leading global Pharmaceutical Companies.

The Business Development Manager responsibilities are to:

  • Use existing market analyses to identify which Pharmaceutical companies to target,
  • Initiate & foster relationship with those Pharmaceutical Companies, evangelizing them with the possibilities and benefits of the ActiMyo offering for their Clinical Trials,
  • Identify/qualify/develop opportunities for ActiMyo, develop and extend proposals,
  • Negotiate/close the deals and turn those opportunities into signed contracts,
  • Ensure proper administration of the signed projects in coordination with other SYSNAV teams (Finance, Admin, Product, Program Management/Customer Success, etc.) thus ensuring we have a happy customer running clinical trials with SYSNAV technology,
  • Provide structured feedback to SYSNAV internal stakeholders to help progress the SYSNAV offering and the SYSNAV processes.

you are a strong communicator with strong personal drive: you have a clear strength in articulating clear messages, a wish to understand the needs of customer, and a drive to help them achieving their clinical research program.

You are a good teamworker able to perform in a dynamic environment where cross-group collaboration is key to success.

  • This is primarily a commercial role, and the metrics used to evaluate performance will include Revenue (invoicing), Bookings (order intake), Cash Collection, and Customer Satisfaction.

Preferred experience

Experience

  • Either: 3-5 years of International Sales / BizDev experience in high-tech or MedTech; good knowledge of pharma industry or clinical trials is a plus.

Education

  • Tier 1-2 Business Management School
  • Double cursus (Business Management + Life Science) is a plus

Languages

  • Fluency in English & French is mandatory

Skills

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Willingness to understand customer’s needs and explain technical solution.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to convince.
